I am becoming slothful in my posts. Yesterday was so busy that I failed to type in my food intake and exercise. So here it is!

Lunch: Salad, Taco Chips and Salsa, Diet Coke
Dinner: Brat, Veggie burger, 1 Portabella mushroom, 1 corn on the cob, and diet coke
Snack: Far Far

Water: 6 glasses
Cigarettes: 0 :)

Workout: With personal trainer, 1 hour heavy workout!

Spring Bling

It's another gorgeous day here in GR and I am so blessed to be living!

Breakfast: Granola Bar, Water, Coffee
Lunch: Garden Salad, Rasberry Vinagrette, Diet Coke
Dinner: Hamburger, Chips and Salsa, Diet Coke
Snakc: Soft Pretzel, Sandwhich, Pita and Hummus

Water: 6 glasses
Cigarrettes: 5
Workout: 30 mins. on eliptical, 40 situps, 40 lift ups

Breakfast: Skillet Breakfast, OJ, Coffee
Lunch: Roast Chicken, Broccoli, Garlic Bread, Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Watermelon, Water, Brownie
Snack: Pita, Baba Ghanush
Dinner: 2 Brats, Handfull of Cherrie Tomatoes, Diet Coke
Snack: Soft Pretzel

Chicago Trip

I am in Chicago, Il. for Seminary work with my two friends: Daniel Rhee and Anthony DeKorte. We are here to visit a church plant in Rogers Park. It has been great visiting with Ruth and John Hoekwater and eating some great ethnic foods.

Yesterday I had a Torta for a snack, this was a good spanish sandwhich that included pork, lettuce, tomatoe, guacamole, and sour cream Very good!

Then last night we visited Devon Ave. which is north of the city to take in a good Indian restaruant. This was a wonderful time in which I could introduce Anthony and Daniel to some good cooking!

Lunch: Turkey Sandwhich, Chips, Pasta Salad

Day 1

Today was a fairly good day. Although, I must admit, I wavered from my diet by picking up Taco Bell for lunch in order that I could save time by working outdoors in the afternoon. I did some good work though outdoors which was my workout for the day because I had been pushing it pretty hard at the gym for about four days in a row! Dinner was good though and I did not have one single snack tonight!

Breakfast: Coffee, Eggs, Skillet meal, English muffin with PB, OJ
Lunch: 3 Tacos from Taco Bell, Diet Pepsi
Dinner: Steak, Salad, Pasta Salad, 2 Corn on the cob, Diet Coke
Glasses of H2O: 6
Cigarettes: 4

Here we go!


Well Folks,


I have begun my new journey towards a healthier lifestyle. It has gone on too long with my obsession with food! I have started a new phase in life by working out at the MAC, having a personal trainer, and having a few accountablitiy parterns.


Here is the starting weight: 220lbs.

Ideal Weight Goal: 180lbs.

Weight Loss Goal: 40lbs.
