Spring Bling

It's another gorgeous day here in GR and I am so blessed to be living!

Breakfast: Granola Bar, Water, Coffee
Lunch: Garden Salad, Rasberry Vinagrette, Diet Coke
Dinner: Hamburger, Chips and Salsa, Diet Coke
Snakc: Soft Pretzel, Sandwhich, Pita and Hummus

Water: 6 glasses
Cigarrettes: 5
Workout: 30 mins. on eliptical, 40 situps, 40 lift ups

Maybe start thinking about how to avoid so much food after dinner.
