Here we go!


Well Folks,


I have begun my new journey towards a healthier lifestyle. It has gone on too long with my obsession with food! I have started a new phase in life by working out at the MAC, having a personal trainer, and having a few accountablitiy parterns.


Here is the starting weight: 220lbs.

Ideal Weight Goal: 180lbs.

Weight Loss Goal: 40lbs.

You should check this website out,
I know you don't like the idea of calorie counting, but if you sign up as a member you can add in all the foods you eat in a day and it works sort of as a food journal (which conveniantly also counts your calories). Just a suggestion...
