Day 1

Today was a fairly good day. Although, I must admit, I wavered from my diet by picking up Taco Bell for lunch in order that I could save time by working outdoors in the afternoon. I did some good work though outdoors which was my workout for the day because I had been pushing it pretty hard at the gym for about four days in a row! Dinner was good though and I did not have one single snack tonight!

Breakfast: Coffee, Eggs, Skillet meal, English muffin with PB, OJ
Lunch: 3 Tacos from Taco Bell, Diet Pepsi
Dinner: Steak, Salad, Pasta Salad, 2 Corn on the cob, Diet Coke
Glasses of H2O: 6
Cigarettes: 4

Alright man. I think now that you are writing down your food you will gradually start tweaking things. I'm excited to see how things develop for you.
